ABOUT US
ThinkInternational was co-founded by Joanne Diehl and Michael Starr.
Joanne Diehl, now President of ThinkBRQ, the US operation of BRQ, developed a career dedicated to sales, recruiting and management of technology consulting services and developing international recruitment programs. She co-founded ThinkInternational in 1999, and prior to that she served as Vice President for Lextra International (acquired by MSXI) from 1993 to 1999 and as a Marketing Representative and Recruiter for Starlex Systems from 1987 to 1993.
Michael Starr is one of the pioneers at recruiting abroad, having started working in international recruitment and placement in 1965.
Industry knowledge, professional resources and creativity combined with personalized and responsive service, allowed ThinkInternational to develop long-standing relationships with clients and candidates.
ThinkBRQ brings together the highly qualified team and extensive business knowledge of ThinkInternational, and the remarkable technical competence in information technology services of BRQ, one of the main IT services companies in Brazil.
